This is a shorter version of my original counselling session. This is ideal for when you have a quick topic you want to talk about, or when you want to update me on something from your previous session.

This is a lesson to “consciously" breathe, which we do every day without thinking. The main point is to "exhale" with "tanden". The more you breathe out, the more you breathe in. Breathing also controls our subconscious mind.
