Improvised or prepared conversations, according to your level, tastes and age. FLUIDITY, CONSISTENCY, REACH and CORRECTION will be our goals. Conversaciones improvisadas o preparadas, acordes a tu nivel, gustos y edad.

私は外国人従業員がいる、日本の銀行やホテル、化粧品メーカーなどで働いた経験があります。日本の会社に就職できる人がどんな人か、また、就職してから、上司や同僚に好かれる外国人はどんな人かを指導します。なかなか日本企業の就職面接に合格しない方、将来、日本の会社で働きたい方へ良い方法を指導します。

ヨガが初めての方も、少し慣れてきた方も大歓迎。呼吸とやさしい動きで、身体と心を無理なく整える30分のクラスです。「少しだけ動きたい」「リセットしたい」そんなときにどうぞ！
