Lesson Pack Details

- This is a lesson pack of 10 lessons in total. When you send the request for the first lesson, points for all 10 lessons will be deducted at once.
- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 9 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 60 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.

Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.

Since some students requested it, I've decided to offer this new lesson package. It'll allow you so save up some money, and it allows me to give out more lesson time to you :)
It works for all languages, all contents, basically, I am offering you 10x15min that you can use as you please.
Here is the description of the conversation lesson:
Do you need some conversational language practice?
Are you limited on time or budget? 
This is the perfect lesson for you!

No need for preparation, just come in and have a relaxed and fun chat with me.
We can talk about pretty much anything, I am interested in all subjects.

Tell me a story.
Describe your best friend to me.
Say something about your favorite movie.
Fill me in on your travel plans.
Complain about your boss.
Ask for advice with your life.
Or just listen and comment on my stories, if you don't know what to say!
The important thing is to get a chance to express yourself in the language.

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.
