I was so nervous before the lecture but after the 3 seconds ,i've got everything but nervousness,i felt instantly at ease, it was so interesting , the teacher was clear and cheerful ,she took notes of what i liked to adopt it in the next meeting ,there was no pressure you won't be afraid to express...
