30 minutes of guided meditation with extra time for questions and a discussion of our experience. Great for people of all levels of experience.

課程介紹

With this longer meditation session we will start with stretching and posture before sitting and practicing seated zazen meditation for 30 minutes, at the end we will also have a period of discussion in which we talk about our experience and progress in more depth.
 
No experience is required!
I have sat and shared this practice with both complete beginners and people with many years of meditative experience.
In this lesson you will learn the techniques and knowledge required to practice alone and in your own time.
 
All you need is a thick cushion (or zafu) to sit on and we're ready to go.
If you have mobility issues and would prefer to sit on a chair, that's fine too.
 
My practice involves Soto and Rinzai Zen teachings, but also includes a lot of Taoist and Stoic philosophy.
Book recommendations are available for those who wish to learn more.
