Good for Beginners/Intermediates - KIDS welcome
English idioms, proverbs, and expressions are an important part of everyday English. They come up all the time in both written and spoken English. Because idioms don't always make sense literally, you'll need to familiarize yourself with the meaning and usage of each idiom. There are over 25,000 idioms in the English language so there's plenty to study.
During this class we will focus on:
1. Reading / repeating the actual idiom and one or more example sentences - together / by yourself
2. Reading a dialogue - together
3. Reading a passage - by yourself/together
4. Fill in the blanks - by yourself
5. Make one or more sentences/role play with each idiom - together/by yourself
