Lesson Pack Details

- This is a lesson pack of 10 lessons in total. When you send the request for the first lesson, points for all 10 lessons will be deducted at once.
- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 9 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 50 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.

Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.
You can check the lesson pack’s validity period on the Request > Lesson Pack page.

한국어로만 수업하는 15분 한국어 대화 수업에 오신 것을 환영합니다.

* 15분 대화 수업은 강사가 대화를 이끌며 자연스러운 대화 연습을 하기 때문에 대부분 강사가 주제를 제시하지만,
학생이 대화하고 싶은 주제를 미리 준비하셔서 이야기하는 것도 환영합니다. 


* 프리 토킹 주제는 무엇인가요?

- 첫 수업의 주제는 주로 일상 생활, 취미, 여행 등 가벼운 주제로 대화를 합니다.
- 수강생이 원하는 주제가 있으면 그 주제로 대화를 할 수 있습니다.
- 수업 전에 주제를 미리 알고 싶은 수강생은 코멘트에 알려 주시면, 미리 주제를 보내드립니다.

Política de cancelación del(de la) tutor/a

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.
