Lesson Pack Details

This is a 4-lesson pack. You will be issued 3 “coupons” when the first request is confirmed. You will be able to use these coupons for subsequent requests in the pack. Please note that all requests related to this pack must be taken within 30 days of the first lesson date.

Lessons should generally be booked chronologically, meaning that the second lesson should be booked after the first, and so on.

This 4 lesson package is perfect for those who wish to study Italian continuously for one month (30 days). Basically, it's for those who regularly take one lesson per week, but you get to save up!

1 lesson (50'): 3000 points
4 lessons (50'x4): 12000 points 10000 points (16,6% off!)

Of course, you can freely distribute the 4 lessons over one month, so it's okay if they're not once a week... Although, if my schedule gets busy, it might be difficult for you to find available slots more than once per week. Thank you for your comprehension.

★How does the lesson pack work?
First of all, you need to buy this package and schedule your preferred date for the first lesson, as you would do for a standard lesson. Then, you will be automatically issued 3 "coupons" when the first request is confirmed. You will be able to use these coupons for subsequent requests for the remaining 3 lessons in the pack. Please note that all requests related to this pack must be taken within 30 days from the date of the first lesson.

★What happens when the teacher is on leave?
If consecutive days are off on my schedule during the month of validity of the lessons pack, the validity of the remaining coupons will be extended for the same number of days I took off, starting from the expiration day. 

★What happens if I cancel a lesson (less than 24 hours before the lesson)?
Your coupons/points will be collected. One of the reasons is that knowing I'll be busy once a week with a student, I won't be able to accept requests from other students.
However, you may be assigned a written task/activity tailored to your curriculum to keep studying autonomously, and I'll be available to provide support and feedback via Cafetalk messages or chat! ^_^

★What happens if my coupons expire?
If your coupons are about to expire, feel free to book 2 or more consecutive lessons!
As a general rule, you should not request a lesson pack in a busy month: I suggest booking individual lessons in that case. ;) 

(By the way, as per my cancellation policy, you may cancel an ongoing lesson pack and get a 50% point refund!)

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.
