Are you looking to improve your communication, in English and in your native language?
Do you sometime experience difficulties in communicating with your partner, boss, friends and would like to learn some ideas of how to improve your communication?
Would you like to know ways to resolve conflicts peacefully and effectively?
Or are you just interested in learning not just how to speak English, but how to speak it in a way which can benefit you and those around you?
If you answered 'yes' to any of these questions, then this course is for you!
We will explore what 'holistic communication' can mean, learn some different language techniques and practice using them in ways which can help us communicate more effectively in our daily lives.
Class 1: What is holistic language?

Class 2: Usinglanguage techniques from Huna and NLP
- - What is NLP? How can it help me?
- - Examples of how to use NLP language techniques
- - What is Huna? How can it help me?
- - Examples of how to use Huna language techniques
- Class 3: Using Language Techniques from NVC
- - What is NVC? How can it help me?
- - Examples of how to use NVC language techniques
Class 4: Putting it all together: language, peace and permaculture
- - How peace and permaculture can help us communicate holistically
- - Review of previous classes, a chance for you to ask questions and practice some more!
