英検準１級を目指しています。二級は２年前に再取得しましたが、その時も、文法に苦労しました。どのような教材でどのように学習すればよいのかお教えください。主婦であり、こども英語講師をしていますが、英語に自信が持てず、苦心しています。よろしくお願いいたします。

◼︎希望するレッスン内容
・テキストを使い、入門レベルから学んでいきたいです
・文法をしっかり学びつつ、なるべくたくさん声に出して読みたい
・使うテキストは、早美出版の、音声がHPで聴けるものがいいなと思っています。テキスト代は先生の分もこちらで出します。気になるテキストはあるのですが、先生にはサンプルを取り寄せてどらが良さそうか見ていただきたいと思っています。
・宿題や予習も出していただきたいです。

I have been living in Japan for 8 years, but I still feel that my Japanese is not at the level I want. I’m looking for a tutor who can help me improve practically and consistently.

**My goals are:**

1. **Communicate with my partner and her family**
I want to be able to speak naturally in daily conversations and express my thoughts and feelings clearly in Japanese. This is my biggest priority.

2. **Pass the JLPT (N3 level)**
I am currently preparing for the JLPT N3 and would like structured support with grammar, vocabulary, and test strategies.

3. **Enjoy native content (books & video games)**
I want to build my reading ability, so I can understand books and play video games in Japanese without relying too much on translation.

4. **Improve everyday Japanese**
I want to strengthen my overall daily communication skills, including listening, speaking, and natural expressions used in real life.

**What I’m looking for in lessons:**

* Conversation practice focused on real-life situations
* Corrections and natural phrasing
* JLPT-focused study when needed
* A balance between structured learning and casual conversation

I am currently looking for a native English-speaking tutor. However, I am NOT looking for general English conversation lessons. Instead, I would like to focus specifically on English expressions used when teaching Japanese.

Here are my preferences:
Native speakers from countries such as the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, etc
Someone who has studied Japanese for at least one year
Experience teaching Japanese (or strong interest in it) is a plus

About me:
My listening skills are quite strong, so understanding spoken English is not an issue
However, I have not spoken much English recently, so I would like to improve my speaking ability, especially in a teaching context

Lesson goals:
Practice explaining Japanese grammar, vocabulary, and usage in clear and natural English
Learn commonly used classroom expressions for teaching Japanese learners
Improve my fluency and confidence when teaching in English
