I’ve lived in Japan for 15 years and have been teaching Korean for 14 years. So far, I have enjoyed studying together with learners of all ages, from teenagers to those over 60.
 
“I want to be able to speak Korean, but I don’t know where to start.”
“I understand the grammar, but when I try to speak, the words don’t come out.”
While empathizing with such concerns, I will carefully proceed with lessons according to your learning pace.
 
In my lessons,
● I provide thorough assistance not just until you “understand” but until you can actually “use” the language
● I emphasize natural expressions that can be used in dramas, news, and actual conversations
● I explain subtle differences in pronunciation and intonation thoroughly in Japanese
● I have experience with subtitle translation and teaching material proofreading for YouTube channels with over 1 million viewers
 
Beginner level students are of course welcome in my lessons,
as well as intermediate and advanced level students who want to “improve their conversational quickness” or “speak more naturally” are welcome!
 
Even if this is your first time learning Korean,
I deliver lessons that are fun, easy to understand, and sustainable so you can speak with confidence.
