Hi! I’m Hana.
As an AuDHD coach, I support my fellow AuDHDers in discovering new ways of doing things (ie. chores, tasks and leisure activities) that are rooted in AuDHD acceptance and self-compassion.
My purpose as a coach is to help AuDHDers break free from approaches that are shame-based or are otherwise incompatible with our neurodivergent brain wiring (eg. time blocking, prioritization etc.).
These approaches make up the majority of advice found in mainstream resources, and they not only cause us to suffer immensely as we attempt to follow them, but they also leave a lasting negative impact on our mental and physical well-being.
By understanding and accepting how your AuDHD brain works, you will be able to find new ways of doing things that will significantly reduce the amount of suffering you experience on a day to day basis. This is the first step in creating a way of life that supports your neurodivergence.
