Japanese teacher qualification and a master's degree.

yoga for more than 10 years.

completed my yoga teacher training.

In Japan, I've taught at Japanese language schools and I've taught international students at universities and technical intern trainees in group lessons. I've also taught
one-on-one lessons for businesspersons and housewives.
・Overseas, I've had the experience of teaching at
universities and language schools in Costa Rica, Panama, Malaysia, and Peru.
・From
absolute beginner to the
advanced level and from
elementary school students to
retirees, I've taught students from different countries with different backgrounds and motives so I believe
I can meet your needs.
・Since I attended a language school when I lived overseas,
I understand that learners
become frustrated, anxious, and embarrassed when they want to express themselves but they cannot.

It's fine even if you make mistakes. You should relax and talk about anything you want.
I'll match your level.
I'll teach you the expressions that you want to say and I'll correct them so they sound like natural Japanese and
you'll be able to improve your Japanese.
・Basically,
my teaching style is that when I teach Japanese, I only use Japanese But
I can speak a little English and Spanish so
I'll use it when necessary.

【Yoga・Meditation】 ・When I lived overseas, I started
learning yoga as I wanted to release my stress.
I've been doing it for
more than 10 years. The same with
meditation.
Now, they have become an integral part of my life.
・As
I wanted to spread it to as many people as possible,
I obtained RYT 200 which is certified by the National Yoga Alliance after I returned to Japan.
・Do you feel like you're not doing enough exercises because of the continuous restrictions caused by COVID? Is your stress level building up? Yoga and meditation are very effective ways to relax your mind and body. ・People tend to think that in order to do
yoga, your body must be soft or it's embarrassing if you cannot pose properly, but you shouldn't worry about this at all.
You're
not comparing with others instead,
you can see your inner self and when you take a deep breath at the most relaxing moment,
it is a great feeling.
・Your body doesn't move while you're doing
meditation so
you can do it any time and anywhere even for just a short time.
There are different types but I suggest choosing one that fits you the best and you can incorporate it into your daily life.
You'll feel very refreshed.
・
Those who are interested in it but you've never done it before or those who want to give it a try, let's do yoga or meditation together.
・For those interested, we can also talk about
yoga philosophy.
・For Japanese learners, do you want to try doing yoga in Japanese? First, I'll teach you the Japanese words used in the lesson and then I'll guide you using easy Japanese. If you don't understand Japanese, just look at me and imitate my actions!
