Why I initially started practicing yoga✨
I had been playing tennis for many years, but my body was so stiff that even my coaches were surprised...
One reason I started yoga was that I wanted to make my body more flexible! I also admired and wishes to have a more feminine, supple physique.
Once I actually started practicing, I became hooked on yoga, which healed not just my body, but also my soul.
I worked as a yoga instructor at a hot yoga studio and have completed my RYT200 yoga certification.
By moving your body in sync with your breath, you’ll be able to relax both your soul and body, while aiming to create a supple, feminine physique.
One reason I love yoga is that it’s not about comparing yourself with others.
In our daily lives, we tend to worry about what others think and have our focus on the outside.
However, while practicing yoga, it becomes your own, self-caring time to face your own soul and body. You don’t need to compare yourself to anyone else.
Anyone can participate in my yoga lessons with peace of mind, whether you currently feel inflexible, lack confidence in your physical strength, and regardless of your age.
