I am a yoga instructor, Fua!

I also offer lesson under the name “MAPLE YOGA.”

 

“Let’s cherish each day.”

These are the words of my mentor that inspired my love towards yoga. Yoga has become an irreplaceable part of my daily life. I am grateful to be able to practice yoga with all of you as well, and I hope that our time together will be filled with wonderful experiences!

 

●Self-introduction

I have been practicing classical ballet for 9 years since I was a child, and have been practicing yoga for 2 years. In 2023, I was inspired when I took my first lesson with Noriko Sagara at TODAYYOGA, and I immediately enrolled in an instructor training program, completing 100 hours of training.

After that, I studied abroad in Australia (Byron Bay) to obtain my “RYT200” certification to become a yoga instructor.

I currently work as a freelance yoga instructor (MAPLE YOGA by Fua) and also serve as a therapist for stretching and oil massage at a relaxation salon. Although our lessons will be through a screen, I will provide advice to help improve any physical concerns you might have!


I also enjoy traveling abroad, especially to resorts and warmer regions ^^

It all started when I went to “ Hawaii” when I was 21 years old.

It was a significant experience for me!

What I had been concerned about suddenly felt easier to accept! Having turned my complexes into strengths, I started enjoying my daily life, was able to set goals, and people around me began to mention, “You’re always cheerful!”

I would like to continue to bring smiles to many more people☆
