My name is Ismail, but you can call me 'Ish'.

Let’s get to know each other...
I am a native English speaker from sunny South Africa, where English is my primary home language, and the primary language used throughout my schooling career.

My journey is driven by a deep passion for education and connection, with a solid educational background, a clear vision for the future, and a strong commitment to making a difference. Growing up in a multicultural environment, I was exposed to a variety of languages and traditions, which sparked my early interest in communication and cross-cultural understanding. This curiosity eventually evolved into a deep respect for the power of language as a tool for connection, understanding and empowerment.

I also love the outdoors, good food and tinkering with tech!
In my spare time, I enjoy designing web sites and building them too!

What I bring to the classroom
For over 10 years, I have been training and mentoring young adults and professionals in the Business and Engineering industry! Throughout this period, I have supported many young adults to realize their professional goals, like becoming a qualified electrician after having been an apprentice. I have also helped individuals with some personal achievements too! I am a qualified English teacher that can teach kids, teenagers, adults of all ages, as well as professionals. I include real-life-situation exercises and daily conversational topics based on what you prefer and your interests, while keeping the learning objectives in mind.

Go from being a complete beginner to an expert in the English language! I focus on clear communication practice, presentation practice, pronunciation practice as well as accent reduction, which will help you to sound like a native English speaker.

Learning English is of great benefit and is a lot of fun too! In our class, learning English will always be enjoyable and rewarding as I often use a conversational, yet structured and professional teaching style that is designed around your learning requirements and ensures that your desired objectives are met.
