Hello! I’m MAI, a professional ballet dancer currently living abroad!
I have 20 years of ballet experience and can teach classical ballet at all levels, from beginner to advanced. While my ballet lesson primarily focuses on floor and barre work, I can also offer center work without jumps. I also offer simple rhythmic exercises ♬
In addition, I can guide you through simple stretches and workouts based on the knowledge I’ve gained from my own experiences.
