Nice to meet you, I am TOMO, a yoga instructor & foot reflexology advisor.
 
As long as I have the ocean, yoga, and a little alcohol, I am a happy.
This year, I have taken charge of one of the largest beach yoga events in western Japan.

My motto is
to “become a professional in my own hospitality!”


What are my lessons like? (Yoga)
  1. I will ask you how you are feeling that day. 
  2. Observing yourself as you are now
  3. Breathing exercises (yoga breathing through your nose)
  4. Seated stretches
  5. Seated poses (twists and turns, mainly upper body)
  6. Kneeling poses (on all fours)
  7. Standing poses
  8. Reclining poses
  9. Cool down while lying down
  10. Rest with eyes closed
  11. Move your body little by little and rise up
  12. Observing yourself again
  13. Wrap up


What are my lessons like? (Foot reflexology)
  1. I will explain the basic rules of foot reflexology (avoid doing it after meals, etc.)
  2. We will apply foot cream to the left foot.
  3. Let’s get in to it! I will show you the reflex zones using my feet and foot models. We will both massage the basic zones.
  4. I will ask you about your area of concern and massage one more spot.
  5. Finally, we will massage the basic zone again.
  6. We wil do the same for the right foot.
  7. We will wipe off the excess foot cream with a towel.


What are the benefits of yoga and foot reflexology?

  1. Yoga deepens your breathing through breathing exercises and approaches the body through various poses.
  2. Foot reflexology points are used to stimulate your internal organs
  3. Improve sensitivity to cold
  4. Become kinder to yourself
  5. Become kinder to those around you

  8. Increased healthy life expectancy
  9. Enhance effect by doing both


Yoga and self foot reflexology can help stimulate your metabolism

・Completed Yoga Instructor Training Course, from the Earth Yoga Association
・Certified as a YAKUZEN coordinator by U-CAN
・Works as a foot reflexology advisor as well

*If you are pregnant, please refrain from participating in lessons other than maternity yoga lessons to prevent accidents.
 
*I am not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur during the lesson.

I live with a guinea pig. Although my guinea pig is generally quiet and stays in their house, they may sometimes cry or start walking around.
Please be kind to them when they do Skype/zoom bomb the lesson.
