I am Bastien Howard, a professional actor, screenwriter, and seasoned leader. My life has been dedicated to the art of communication—whether managing a crew at 35,000 feet or performing on a stage. Before moving into full-time teaching and creative arts, I spent 28 years in the airline industry. Starting as Cabin Crew and rising to Cabin Manager, I mastered the skills of:

  • Professionalism: Handling high-pressure situations with calm authority.
  • Interviewing & Training: Knowing exactly what employers look for in a global professional.

The Creative Edge: Acting & Screenwriting

As an Actor and Screenwriter, I don't just teach grammar—I teach expression. I help my students understand:

  • Natural Tone: How to sound like a native speaker, not a textbook.
  • Public Speaking: Gaining the confidence to "perform" in meetings or interviews.
  • Storytelling: Crafting your own narrative to stand out in your career.

Erasmus+ Certified International Educator

I am a verified teacher within the EU Erasmus+ "Cultures Meet in Europe" program. I have traveled to and supported English education in:

  • Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Austria.
  • I specialize in helping students navigate the Spanish school system and achieving B1 through C2 levels (including Trinity Academy).

Life on the Farm

Today, I live on a beautiful farm in Southern Spain, producing extra virgin olive oil. This lifestyle keeps my teaching grounded, patient, and focused on growth. When you study with me, you get a teacher who is as calm as the Spanish countryside but as sharp as a flight manager.
