NancySarah 講師のプロフィール
Hello, I’m NancySarah, and it’s lovely to meet you.
I’ve spent more than 14 years working in broadcasting and media, as a presenter, interviewer, editor and voice-over artist. Along the way, I’ve also worked as a mentor and coach, helping people become more confident in the way they communicate.
So, naturally, I’m a little obsessed with communication!
I’ve always found that speaking another language is about much more than grammar and vocabulary. You can know exactly what you want to say and still struggle to find the words quickly. You can understand English perfectly but suddenly become hesitant when it’s your turn to speak. And sometimes, English isn’t really the problem at all — it’s confidence.
That’s the part I particularly enjoy working on.
Maybe you want to have more natural conversations in English. Maybe you use English at work and want to sound more confident and articulate. Perhaps you’re preparing for an interview, giving presentations, networking internationally, or simply want to feel more comfortable expressing yourself.
We can work on all of that.
My lessons are designed for adults and are always adapted to the person I’m speaking with. We might work on vocabulary, fluency and pronunciation, but we can also look at things like expressing your ideas clearly, finding the right words for different situations, professional presence, first impressions and even body language.
And I don’t believe an English lesson needs to feel like school.
I like conversations that are interesting, relaxed and relevant to real life. I’m curious about almost everything — books, culture, travel, films, fashion, people, relationships and all the little things that make life interesting. So if you simply want a comfortable place to practise speaking English and have a good conversation, that works for me too.
My teaching style is warm, relaxed and encouraging, but I also like to give practical feedback that you can actually use outside the lesson.
Most importantly, I want you to feel comfortable enough to speak, experiment, make mistakes and find your own voice in English.
