I'm Hana (花) from Malaysia, and I'm currently pursuing higher studies in English education. One thing I often say when asked why I enjoy teaching is this: I believe in learning together. That means it’s okay to stutter, to make mistakes, and to support one another along the way. We are both learners.
I know that might not sound immediately convincing — and that’s okay — but hear me out. I was an English learner too. I started just like many of you: pausing mid-sentence to check meanings, feeling stuck when someone spoke to me in English, and relying on subtitles to understand English shows. I’ve been there, and that’s why I teach — to remind you that progress is possible, and that you're not alone on this journey.

What to Expect from My Lessons:
Focus on Speaking: My lessons are centered around improving your English speaking skills. They're not overly technical — the goal is to help you speak more confidently and naturally.
Lots of Conversation Practice: We’ll be speaking a lot! Don’t worry if your English isn’t perfect — in fact, the more mistakes we make, the more we learn. Absolute beginners are especially welcome.
Guided with Visual Support: Each session is guided by me, and I’ll use visual aids to help keep our conversation flowing smoothly. If you ever feel stuck, I’m here to support you — we've got this!
Friendly & Respectful Environment: My lessons are casual and student-friendly. I aim to create a space that’s comfortable and encouraging, where mutual respect and personal boundaries are always valued.
What I Don’t Specialize In: If you're looking for in-depth lessons on grammar rules, syntax, or academic writing/research, I may not be the right fit — but I’m happy to recommend someone who is!
