Nice to meet you!

Hello, my name is Alan.

I am from France and currently live in Brittany, a region in the northwest of France.

I am a native French speaker, and I am interested in Japan, foreign cultures, travelling, video games, history and computers.

I am also learning Japanese and English, so I understand the difficulties of learning a foreign language and the nervousness you may feel when speaking.

My experience

I spent one year working in a French middle school, where I supported students with their studies.

I helped them with their homework, explained parts of their lessons that they did not understand and supported students who had fallen behind.

I have also studied computer science and software development.

I believe it is important to adapt explanations to each student’s level and learning pace.

 

About my lessons

In my lessons, you can practise French in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

I adapt each lesson to your level, goals and interests.

During my lessons, we can work on:

・Everyday conversation

・Pronunciation and intonation

・Reading French texts aloud

・Vocabulary and natural French expressions

・Correcting common mistakes

・French culture and daily life

I can speak slowly, so please do not worry if you are not yet comfortable speaking French.

I can correct your mistakes directly during the conversation or write corrections and useful expressions in the chat.

 

For beginners

Complete beginners and students who can only speak a little French are very welcome.

You do not need to speak perfectly from the beginning.

Making mistakes is a normal and important part of learning a foreign language.

When something is difficult to understand, I can explain it again slowly and patiently.

We can progress step by step and help you become more comfortable using French.

✈️ My experience in Japan

I am very interested in Japan and have travelled to Osaka.

During my stay, I visited Osaka Castle, Dotonbori, Namba Parks, several temples and many other places.

I really enjoyed my time in Japan, and I especially liked the atmosphere of Osaka.

I would also be happy to learn more from you about Japanese daily life and places in Japan that I have not visited yet.

Finally

Everyone has a different reason for learning French.

You may be learning for travelling, work, personal interests or simply because you would like to communicate with French speakers.

I will adapt the lesson to your goals and help you practise French in an enjoyable and comfortable way.
