はじめまして。まりえと申します。
人の中から湧き上がってくる思いや感情を、推測や分析はせずに観察することで変容させていく、OAD心理カウンセリングのプラクティショナーです。
腹がたったこと、悲しかったこと、心のもやもやなどは、誰かに話すだけでずいぶんと軽くなるものです。
でも軽く楽になるのは、一時的な気がしませんか。
「無意識」「潜在意識」という言葉もあるように、私たちは思っているほど、自分がわかって（意識できて）いるわけではありません。
自分が意識できていないところを見ていくのが、私のレッスンです。
これができるようになれば、同じ事で傷ついたり悲しんだりすることが、ずいぶん減りますよ。
