I'm Hyun, a Korean tutor in Cafetalk.
I’m so glad to meet you guys who are interested in Korean culture and want to learn Korean.
I majored in Russian at university. After graduating from university, I have worked in foreign model agency in Korean by using Russian and English for casting, advertising meeting and interpreting.
After that, I also experienced exporting various products such as Korean cosmetics and masks overseas at a trading company.
Then, after my first trip to Japan in 2019, I started studying Japanese little by little in 2020. In 2022, I started studying kanji and passed the third level of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test. After I've started studying Japanese, I became able to enjoy Japanese culture even more.
In this way, thanks to studying foreign languages such as Russian, English, and Japanese, I was able to have an irreplaceable experience in all aspects of my hobbies, travel, and work. Also, through that experience, I feel that the world continues to expand.
I will do my best to support you so that you can experience the feeling of stepping into a new world by studying Korean! Let’s have fun together and learn about each other's languages and cultures.

I was born in Seoul and have been living in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. It can be helpful for those who want to learn the pronunciation and intonation of Seouler naturally, not dialects.
In addition, I can recommend you to great places, cafes, and shops in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do for your trip to Korea.

I've played basketball every week for a long time since I was a child. I've been injured and haven't been able to do it lately, but I like basketball so much.

I was interested in haircutting, so I passed the national exam hairdresser's certificate and worked at a beauty salon. Even now, I often do haircut to my family and friends on weekends.
5. A trip
I like hot springs and sushi, especially traveling in Japan. I traveled to Fukuoka, Osaka, Kyoto, Kobe, Nara, Tokyo, Kanagawa, and other cities.
I also recommend traveling to Jeju Island in Korea.
