Hello,

I’m Chiamaka, your dedicated and flexible ESL tutor from Nigeria. With over six years of teaching experience and 2,000+ lessons delivered to students from diverse cultures, helping learners like you improve their language, critical thinking skills, and confidence is what drives me as a tutor.

With a background in English (B.A.) and Public & International Affairs (M.P.I.A.), plus 14+ years working in the corporate world, I bring a practical, real-world approach to learning. I love creating a relaxed space where you feel heard, supported, and motivated to express yourself freely.

Teaching isn’t just about sharing knowledge—it’s about learning from my students and helping them find the silver lining in every challenge.

My hobbies and interests

Outside of teaching, I love playing basketball, tennis, billiards, exploring nature, dancing/singing, cooking, and giving back through volunteering, community service and charity work. 

These interests help me connect with students from all walks of life and bring fun, creativity, and real-life energy into our lessons. I believe learning is easier when we feel understood and inspired.
