Hello everyone. I've been working as a sports instructor teaching group lessons and working as a personal trainer in Tokyo for 11 years. 
I worked at a major fitness gym for 6 years. 
I worked at a dance studio for 6 years.
I worked at a fitness gym that offered prime membership only to residents living in Tokyo for 5 years.
I taught kids classes and persons with disabilities for 5 years.
I have 17 years of experience in dancing. I received a special prize in a cheerleading competition and I've won first place in both international and national competition.
I have 6 years of teaching experience in dancing. 
I have 8 years of teaching experience in swimming and I teach a wide range of students from babies, kids, adults to elders. 
I've practiced calligraphy for 20 years.
Yoga Alliance RYT 200 qualification
I'm a qualified dance instructor.

Now, I'm based in Jalisco, which is on the west coast of Mexico. I'm in charge of a class in a yoga studio every morning. I also work at a gym as a personal trainer, I plan sports events in the region and I teach people the ways of stretching.

I've added a new lesson which I'll teach how to make Mexican food. When people travel to Mexico, they would fall in love with Mexican cuisine, which is recognized by UNESCO as an intangible cultural heritage. Why don't you try making Meican cuisine? I'll introduce dishes with simple recipes which you can make with Japanese ingredients as well as challenging dishes.

Please feel free to contact me if you feel you're not doing enough exercises or your physical condition is poor.
Using the knowledge of anatomy physiology, I offer courses that meet the customers' needs.

In the yoga lesson, we'll focus on the diaphragmatic breathing method and Asanas (yoga poses)
The goal is to increase awareness through chakra and choose a theme to work on on the day.
We connect our body and our heart in order to realize the importance of cherishing our own bodies.
My lessons are designed in a way that even beginners can understand easily and it is stress free.
I also offer lessons for intermediate learners who want to try headstand and arm balance, which is an Asana practice that is more challenging.

Dance lessons are available depending on the genre.
You can learn choreography from the beginner level to the advanced level in a stress free environment.
