Hello and welcome to Cafetalk, my name is Mapolo and I come from Capetown, South Africa, which is where im currently living. I have a Diploma in Health and Skincare therapy, and a TEFL certificate. I have 1 month experience as a conversation tutor.
I have worked for 15 months aboard a cruise ship as a Beauty Therapist and it was a lot of fun as I traveled to a lot of countries, and met and made new friends with people across the globe. In 2019 I traveled to Barcelona Spain for 6 months and studied the Spanish language.
I do understand how stressful it can be to learn and speak a new language, as I was in that situation as well.
I love traveling, and have been to 19 countries so far, I enjoy reading, hiking, gym, shopping, eating out with friends and spending time with my family.
Im very friendly,motivated,reliable and passionate about everything I do. I absolutely love meeting new people and learning about their cultures and interests.
My teaching style is interactive, patient, friendly and fun, so I have no doubt that you will enjoy my lessons. I tailor make my lessons according to each student's needs, in this way I can really focus on what your concerns are, please dont be shy, ask me as many questions as you like, in this way you get to learn and practice more.
