Hello! My name is AKI, and I am a life coach. I have lived abroad for 20 years (in the UK, Ireland, and the USA). I am currently back in Japan.
 
Have you ever had the following experiences?: “I want to study hard and become fluent in English, but I can’t seem to make progress!“, or “I want to lose weight, but I always end up giving up!
 
You know your dreams and goals, and you know how to achieve them, but you just can’t seem to take the necessarily actions… I am sure that everyone has felt this way at some point in their lives.
 
There are many reasons for this, but please don’t blame yourself for thinking you’re lazy, or that you aren’t assertive enough! To achieve your dreams and goals, you just need some skills.
 
Let me introduce you to some of those skills:
 
★ Persistence (making it a habit)
★ The right mindset
★ Time management skills, and more.
 
If you can build these skills, you can then apply them to many things and achieve your goals in various aspects of your life.
 
As a “coach,” I would like to help you achieve your dreams and goals. If you are going to spend the time, energy, and money to make the effort, you would like to make sure that you get what you are aiming for, right? I hope that you will take advantage of these important methods that will last a lifetime through my lessons.

【Self Introduction】
I have experienced a variety of things, from studying and working in Japan and abroad since my twenties, to giving birth and raising my children abroad in my thirties.
 
However, I eventually realized that no matter where I was or what I was doing, I could not enjoy my life without good physical and mental health, and so I became certified as a “nutrition and lifestyle coach” to study health and preventive medicine.
 
Since then, as a coach, I have helped more than 500 people improve their diet, exercise, and lifestyle habits. In this process, I realized the importance of the three points I mentioned earlier, and now I mainly focus on “how to create a habit,” “the importance of your mindset,” and “how to use time efficiently.”

I myself have been able to study English to be able to study and work abroad, lose 9kg (20lbs) while raising my children at home, and return to work after childbirth to find a job with better conditions than I had expected, all because of these three factors.
 
In order to live your life to your fullest, you need to be able to have control over your mind and body. In my lessons, I will show you exactly how to do that through evidence.
 
【Teaching Experience】
I received my certification as a “Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach” from the ‘Institute of Health Sciences.’ I then became an online lifestyle coach for a New York-based health care company, helping clients manage their diets and lose weight through individualized assistance. During this time, I also served as a team leader for a team of about 12 coaches, and through daily consultations and monthly meetings, I was tasked with improving the coaching skills of my team members, keeping them motivated, and helping them achieve the goals set for them.
 
I have coached, facilitated, and taught in many one-on-one as well as group settings (both in Japanese and English), and I am good at bringing out the best in each participant, their motivation, and potential.
 
When coaching, I do not simply provide knowledge or advice, but rather focus on how to help participants “apply these practices in their own lives” after they have learned them.
 
All of my current lessons are based on overseas evidence and the results I have verified. I will tailor them to you, so you can actually change your awareness → take action → achieve results, rather than just stopping at “oh, I heard a good story.” For this reason, I also incorporate follow-up via email after the lesson, so you can rest assured that you are in good hands.
