MioYoga Tutor Profile

Hi! My name is Mio and I am a certified Yoga teacher who trained in Japan, Bali and Canada. I have been teaching Yoga for about 4 years both in Japan and Canada. I usually do Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa yoga and Yin Yoga. 

 

Yoga is for everybody and every body. It doesn’t matter that we have different genders, generations, races, religions or languages because yoga is universal.

 

Since I started practicing yoga, I have become more emotionally stable, confident, grateful and comfortable with myself. I am more able to let go of things, focus on the present moment, accept myself and love myself as much as I do to others.

I also lost weight about 7kg since I started Yoga, and I am more aware and taking care of my health. I have experience working as a personal trainer so I would be happy to give you some advice if you are on diet or have a goal to lose weight. 

 

I also love making yoga videos for my YouTube Channel in my free time.

 

I always do my best to provide fun, creative, feel good yoga classes for my participants. I hope to see you soon in my class!
