Hello, I’m Chiharu.
I mainly offer lessons focused on Japanese used at work.
 
When you speak Japanese,
have you ever felt unsure and thought, “Is this correct?”
I’ve taken over 300 online English lessons myself.
That’s why I truly understand the nervousness and uncertainty that come with learning a language.
It’s okay to make mistakes.
It’s okay to speak slowly.
Let’s think together and build natural Japanese step by step.
 
I supported global teams for over 10 years at foreign-affiliated companies.
I currently work as a freelancer for a global company as well.
I understand both the challenges of using a foreign language at work
and the joy and sense of achievement that come with it.
I would be happy if I could help make your work life a little more enjoyable and positive.
 
I’ve traveled to 19 countries, studied in Australia for three months,
and lived in Indonesia for five years.
I love learning about different cultures, so please tell me about your country too!


I now live in Shonan and am raising a 12-year-old daughter and a 9-year-old son.
I enjoy Disney movies and Korean dramas.
Recently, I’ve been working out and lost 6 kg!

Free talk outside of work topics is always welcome.
I also write many columns, so they can be a great conversation starter.
 
On weekdays during the daytime, my schedule may be closed due to work,
but I sometimes open Online Standby outside those hours.

Lessons are conducted via Zoom.
If you prefer to keep your camera off, please let me know when booking.
I will also turn mine off so we can talk comfortably and relax.
