His experience working in restaurants adds so much value to every lesson, and I feel very fortunate to learn not only the recipes but also the knowledge and insights he has gained throughout his career. He is also extremely professional, reliable, and polite. I know I can always count on him, and he consistently exceeds my expectations. That is one of the reasons I trust him so much. At first, I didn't know much about Ramadan. However, through a series of her lessons, I gained a much deeper understanding of the unique characteristics of Ramadan in Egypt, as well as Egypt's role and contributions during this important period. The lessons were both insightful and fascinating. It is a class I would happily take again every year during Ramadan.
