Mineco-sensei and I have been reading 吾輩は猫である which is a book I have been very interested in for years now, but could never really understand by myself.
Mineco-sensei always prepares thoroughly for each lesson. She makes slides with the words, phrases and grammar for each passage. We always have a chat about the passage and every single lesson is a lot of fun. I really appreciate all of the work Mineco-sensei puts into lesson prep.
