Mika-sensei's 25-minute beginner Japanese lesson is just the right length to avoid feeling overwhelmed but also to make solid progress. I've been taking this lesson weekly for the past few months and have noticed a huge improvement in my Japanese speaking skill and confidence. The lesson pack offers excellent value for those who are serious learners. I'm always impressed by Mika-sensei's warmth and her gentle, friendly manner, which makes me feel comfortable and at ease. She patiently waits for me to answer whenever I am stuck, which I appreciate so much! On top of all this, she uses excellent materials that allow me to practice new grammar points thoroughly, and to work at a steady pace. She also has a great ear, always bringing my attention to mistakes not only in my grammar but also my pronunciation - which is hugely important for an English learner of Japanese like me. カメラなしのレッスンですが、言葉に集中できてラジオのようで快適です。気さくな先生で日本語も分かってくださるので、ニュアンスにあった言葉を教えていただけます。フィードバックも、とても丁寧です。

先生のレッスンは楽しくて、毎回あっという間に過ぎてしまいます。 試験の前はいつも、苦手な文法を簡潔にまとめてくださったり、 混乱している前置詞をたくさんの例文を使って丁寧に教えてくださったりして、 本当に助かっています。

数字の連音化が苦手で受講しました。たくさん用意してくださった資料の中から、特に苦手なところを進めてくださったので、とてもスムーズな授業でした。明るく話しやすい先生だと感じました。
