Is there a sign up fee, admission fee, or monthly membership fee?
No sign up, admission, or monthly fees are required. There are no sign up fees, admission fees, or monthly fees to use Cafetalk. You pay only for the lessons you take, and there are no subscriptions.
What do I need for a lesson?
You need a computer, tablet or smartphone with internet access. We use the free calling tools Skype or Zoom during the lesson, so there is no charge for the calls. Advance installation is required.
Can I use the service from overseas?
You can use the service from anywhere in the world as long as you have an Internet connection and a device that can make calls. When you register as a free new user, you will be asked to select the time zone in which you currently reside. The available time of tutors and the time on the reservation confirmation page will be displayed based on the time zone you set. The system also automatically responds to the daylight saving time changeover of each country. Please feel free to use the site from overseas.
