Practice Social Distancing but NOT Social Isolation – Please

Greg R

Our world has changed!

Our world has changed, it is not longer safe to do the things that were once normal.  We live in a new world, and a sometimes lonely and scary world.  It is important that we continue to meet up with friends and family, but we need to do so in a safe way.  It is our new normal.  Talk to your friends and family who may not be with you physically but remain an emotional part of you lives.  Talk to people on Skype or Zoom or whatever social media platform that you are most comfortable using.  If you are feeling sad and lonely, tell someone that, they are probably feeling the same way you are feeling.  Now more than ever, we need each other, to care for one another.  If you or someone you know is alone, reach out and say hi!  We are all in this together and we will get through this together so long as we continue to care and love those who are most important to us.  Call a friend just to say hi and if you do not have anyone you can talk to about how you are feeling, Let’s Talk!
