一言[ひとこと]で言[い]うと、2020年[ねん]は「手探り状態[てさぐりじょうたい]」でした。
日常生活[にちじょうせいかつ]で出来[でき]ることがコロナ禍[か]でかなり制限[せいげん]されました。しかし出来[でき]る範囲[はんい]が狭[せば]まったおかげで、勇気[ゆうき]がなくて ”二の足を踏んでいた[にのあしをふんでいた]" ことに踏み出せた[ふみだせた]のも事実[じじつ]です。こんな中[なか]でも良[よ]いことはあるものだと思[おも]います。
Cafetalkで日本語講師[にほんごこうし]を始[はじ]めたのもそんな一つ[ひとつ]でした。悲[かな]しいことや不安[ふあん]が多[おお]い中[なか]で(コロナ禍[か]で)やりたいこと(日本語講師[にほんごこうし])が出来[でき]るというのは、心[こころ]の支[ささ]えだと感[かん]じています。レッスンで受講者[じゅこうしゃ]が日本語[にほんご]の理解[りかい]を深[ふか]めてくれる瞬間[しゅんかん]が、私[わたし]に元気[げんき]を与[あた]えてくれます。
多分[たぶん]現状[げんじょう]では誰[だれ]も確定的[かくていてき]なことは言[い]えないと思[おも]います。とにかく自分[じぶん]の感覚[かんかく]を信[しん]じて手探[てさぐ]りで「光[ひかり]の射[さ]す方[ほう]」へを進[すす]むしかないと私[わたし]は思[おも]っています。
コロナのニュースを観[み]る度[たび]に医療従事者[いりょうじゅうじしゃ]には本当[ほんとう]に感謝[かんしゃ]です。全[すべ]ての人[ひと]が少[すこ]しでもよい2021年[ねん]を迎[むか]えられますように！！

In a nutshell, the year 2020 is like I see whether it would work well or not.
What we can do in our daily lives has been very limited by the virus.
However, because of the limitation of my activities, I was able to take a new step forward. That was what I have baulked for a while due to my less confidence. It is a fact for me too. I realised that there are still a few good points in a terrible situation. It is one of them that I started to tutor Japanese on Cafetalk. Teaching Japanese lifts my spirits even in many sad and anxious things (in the Covid spreading). Each moment that the learners of Japanese in my lessons deepen their understanding encourages me more.
Possibly, I suppose that nobody can tell definite things in the current situation. I believe that it would be a good thought that I will go ahead anyway while trying to look on the bright side with my sense.
I appreciate all of the frontline workers whenever I watch TV programs related to the virus. I hope everyone can have better days, even just a little, in 2021!!
