These are all techniques I have used myself to help me live life to the max. Completing over 40 ultramarathon events (100-165km running events) around the world, travelling to over 35 different countries, becoming a firefighter and getting the job of my dreams, to running gyms and teaching Yoga and fitness to people all over the world.

It is not a simple journey, and I won't kid you at all that it is.

The secret is hard work and consistency.
Without this, everything else is meaningless.

But if we know the above all we need is to have a set plan for what we want to achieve, when we want to achieve it by, and the steps to do so.
