What Was Your Biggest Fear? Clients Share Their Honest Thoughts

Lewis B

One of the best parts of my job is the moment a client realizes their fear was unfounded. That moment of relief is everything.

I asked three of my past clients—all with very different goals—to share the single biggest worry they had before we started working together. Here’s what they said.

Nami-san "I was scared to gain weight."

"For long time, my eating was not good. I was very thin, but also very tired. My fear was if I start to eat more, I will become too big. I will lose control. I was scared of the food.

Lewis was not like other advice. No pressure. He make a plan that is gentle. Step-by-step. He explained everything, why we do this, why we do that.

Now, I understand food is not enemy. It is for energy. I have more power for my day. I feel stronger and my clothes fit better, in a good way. I am not scared anymore. I feel happy with my body now."

Nami-san's result: Gained healthy weight, improved energy, and a positive relationship with food.

Ian "I thought it was gonna be another diet I'd fail."

"Honestly mate. I'd tried it all. Every quick fix. I was busy, tired, and thought any proper plan would be way too complicated. My biggest fear was just wasting my money and time, again. I figured I'd stick with it for a month, get confused, and quit.

But it wasn't like that. The plan was actually simple. The meals were stuff I could make after a long day or grab from the shop. The gym advice wasn't about spending hours there, it was about what actually worked. It felt practical, not perfect.

He didn't just give me a plan, he gave me a routine that fit my life. And the weight started coming off and staying off. 30kg down and I don't even feel like I'm on a 'diet'."

Ian's result: Lost over 30kg with a sustainable plan that fit a busy work schedule.

Nakamura-san "I was concerned my age was a limiting factor."

"After turning fifty, I had accepted that a decline in energy and an increase in weight were inevitable. My concern was not about the program's effectiveness, but about my body's ability to respond. I feared my time had passed.

The approach was highly logical. It was not a drastic change but a strategic adjustment based on data and clear objectives. The guidance was specific to my needs, considering my schedule and physical capacity.

The results have been significant. I have not only reduced my weight but also regained a level of vitality I have not experienced in years. It has positively impacted my confidence in both professional and personal settings. The assumption that age was a barrier was incorrect."

Nakamura-san's result: Successfully reversed weight gain and regained energy, proving age was not a barrier.

What’s Your Biggest Fear?

As you can see, everyone’s fear is different. But the outcome is the same: facing that fear and overcoming it.

Maybe your fear is:
"I don't have any time to cook."
"I've tried everything and nothing works."
"I'm worried I can't stick with it."
Or something else entirely.
