When I started tutoring on Cafetalk, I was excited but also nervous. Would my students understand me? Would I be able to help them grow?
After completing my first 10 lessons, I can honestly say this has been a beautiful and rewarding experience.
I work with beginner students and I have learned that patience, encouragement and simple structure make all the difference. Watching a student go from saying single words to building full sentences is one of the most satisfying feelings as a tutor.
Every lesson teaches me something too — not just about language, but about people, cultures and connection.
To my students, thank you for trusting me with your learning journey. We are just getting started and I cannot wait to see how far we go together.
