How to study when you feel demotivated

I always remind myself of the end goal, reminding myself why I started in the first place. When it is because of feeling tired, I always go for a walk to clear my head, and a nice shower always works well before studying. Creating an environment that is very conjucive to study, good lighting, and a quite place. But if you study with some music, make it soft to enable me to focus. Making notes that I could go back to, mind maps are my personal favorite, and making up words with key notes, to enable me to remember. Some days you won't perform at your best. Studying for 20 focused minutes is better than spending hours feeling guilty and getting nothing done. And remember to take breaks when you are study, and relax, do not panic. At the end of the day, you got this.
