Let's write a story together!
課程介紹
Come and exercise your imagination and your English as we improvise a story together!
These lessons are great for practising, improving and memorising grammar and vocabulary. As we write together, we can check your grammar knowledge and clarify grammar rules and natural English.
If it's your first time we can start the session by reading a quick example story together, then we'll turn it into a different story by changing nouns, verbs and adjectives. As you get more confident, we can make bigger changes to the story.
Let me know if you'd like me to correct your pronunciation during the lesson or if you'd prefer to just focus on telling the story.
We'll use a Google Doc to write the story (you do not need a Google Account). I'll write down the story as we go. You are also welcome to type your own edits directly into the document during the lesson.
If you'd like to do homework, I'll ask you to add to the story between lessons. In the next lesson we will look at your homework and I will make suggestions or corrections for more natural, poetic or literary language.
After the first lesson, we can continue the same story or create new ones.
If you prefer to start with a story or part of a story you've already written, we can skip the example story. You can send this to me on Cafetalk or use Google Docs.
