In our busy daily lives, it's easy to find ourselves taking shallow breaths, with our bodies and minds constantly tense.

Why not give your hardworking self the gift of healing time with yoga?

We'll move comfortably with unhurried breaths. Don't worry if you're a beginner or concerned about flexibility; we won't be doing any intense poses.

What You'll Need:

A drink
Yoga mat (a bath towel works if you don't have one)
Hand towel
Comfortable clothing

If you're concerned about your camera being on, it's perfectly fine to keep it off.
