Welcome to 'Time for German' – a 100-lesson German scheme of work designed to take learners from complete beginner to pre-intermediate level while having lots of fun along the way!

Complete beginners can start right at the beginning with 'Time for German 101'. However, if you already have some knowledge of German, you do not necessarily need to start at Lesson 1. We can find an appropriate starting point within the programme and continue from there. Here are the first 32 lessons in 'Time for German 101' and 'Time for German 102:

Time for German 103 - Lessons 33–80: Reading, verbs and Grimm German Grammar

Learners build on what they learned in 101 and 102 through German stories, including Hänsel und Gretel, Dornröschen, Der Froschkönig and Rapunzel. They practise reading, learn to use more verbs and begin to understand grammar such as conjunctions, adjectives and the past tense. As they progress, they use German to make longer, more independent sentences.

Time for German 104

Becoming a German Speaker (Lessons 81–90)
Learners bring together the German they have learned so far and practise speaking more independently. Each week, they work towards a short German monologue, building the confidence to express their own ideas.

Rotkäppchen und der Wolf im Wald (Lessons 91–100)
Learners continue developing their German through the story of Little Red Riding Hood and the wolf. They explore new vocabulary, follow the story and practise using German to describe characters and events.

What to expect in a lesson

My lessons are designed mainly for children aged 7–12, but adults who enjoy a colourful, playful approach are very welcome too.

I use simple English alongside German to explain new ideas clearly. This can also help learners who want to practise their English while learning German.

I will use slides, games, stories and plenty of questions. I help learners move from saying individual words to making their own sentences, with lots of chances to speak. I can adjust the pace to suit each learner.

Students have often told me that my lessons feel easy, even when they are learning something challenging. And don’t forget to get a folder to keep all your handouts, activities and notes together. You’ll be able to look back at what you’ve learned as you work through the programme!

• 「未開始」的課程包(1)隨時可以取消。取消後點數將全額退還。
若欲取消「進行中」的課程包(2)，將退還剩餘課程的 50％ 點數。
(1) 「未開始」係指課程包尚未經講師確定。
(2) 「進行中」係指課程包中已有一堂課程經確定。（當講師確定第一堂課程預約後，系統將自動發送課程包剩餘課程的優惠券供之後預約使用。）

取消單堂課程包課程

• 若欲取消單堂課程包課程而非整個課程包，請至該課程預約詳細頁面取消。取消費依講師的一般課程取消政策而定，但「收取 50% 課程費用為取消費」將不適用。課程包優惠券僅可能返還或抵用。

此為自動確認課程。

若選擇距離課程開始時間 30 天內的時段，則課程預約將自動確認無需等候講師確認。

除了課程包第一堂課程外皆適用自動確認功能。
