Ever wanted to tell a spine-tingling story in English? In this 25-minute lesson we'll build a short scary story together using a simple 3-part pattern: setup, build-up, and twist. You'll pick up ready-to-use phrases for each part, practice them out loud, then create and tell your own mini tale.
Recommended age group: Adults / young adults (16+)
Scariness level: Mild-to-medium ("chill," not horror)
Source material: Original and folklore-based stories only - no movies, novels, or copyrighted characters
All stories are original or folklore-based, so it's more fun than frightening. Great for students who enjoy our B1 conversation series and want a seasonal twist on everyday speaking practice.
