Eating Lots of Chilies Could be Good for You

This is a discussion about Food and Beverages.  With a specific topic on some health benefits from eating chilies.  This lesson is good for beginners up to intermediate learners.

This is a 25-minute lesson with four parts.

1. Warm-up 
    (I will be asking 1 or 2 questions related to our topic.)
2. Vocabulary 
     e.g. herb/  institute/  heart attack /  stroke
           (pronunication, word meaning, with sample sentences)
3. Article reading (This lesson is based on an article by H.J. Meech.)
4. Discussion Questions
    e.g.      1) What foods do you thinks should everyone eat more of? Why?  
                2) Where do you get most of your health advice about health and                            diet?

If time permits, we can have free talk to further improve your listening and oral skills.
