In this educational counselling session, you’ll learn the basics of exposure therapy, a technique used to help people slowly and safely face the things they fear — and take back their lives.
  
Lesson Outcomes: 
By the end of this lesson you will:

Know what exposure therapy is (and what it’s not)
How the brain and body respond to avoidance vs. exposure
Examples of fears it can help with (e.g., social anxiety, phobias, trauma triggers)
How gradual exposure works (steps, pacing, emotional safety)
How to create your own fear hierarchy (ladder)
How to stay grounded and supported during the process
 
 
This is a non-therapeutic, educational session — designed to give you tools, awareness, and confidence to understand your fear and start healing at your own pace.
