課程介紹

I love keeping my body fit and healthy. Physical balance is just as important to me as psychical health is. There is only one better thing than keeping our bodies fit and that’s helping others do the same thing. Exercises are especially important in childhood because that’s the time when their bodies are growing and becoming stronger. For me, Zumba is the best way of keeping my body fit. I trained it for 3 years, and I absolutely liked it. It was all about having fun and actually having a second family. We all felt comfortable next to each other, and that’s my motivation when I’m teaching Zumba. I want all the participants to feel great while we are burning calories together.
