In this relaxed and friendly lesson, you can experience a short life coaching session in English! You’ll learn how coaching works, talk about a challenge or goal in your life, and discover new ways to move forward – all while practicing natural English conversation.
You don’t need to know anything about coaching. Just bring your curiosity and an open mind!
In this session, you can:
· Practice speaking English in a natural, meaningful way
· Learn what life coaching is and how it helps people
· Talk about a goal, habit, or decision you’re thinking about
· Gain new ideas and clarity about your next steps
I’m currently undergoing professional life coaching training, and I’m excited to share what I’ve been learning with you in a gentle and supportive environment.
