課程介紹
The student is on holiday in London (role play) and has various tasks to do in English.
First task is to buy a ticket to see "The Tower of London". This is a role play exercise and the student must ask how much a ticket is, then pay for the ticket. Teacher and student will role play the situation. the aim is to check whether the student can ask basic questions in English and talk about money.
Teacher and student will then briefly feedback on the roleplay. Student will tell the teacher how difficult the task was and the teacher will give the student feedback on how they could improve.
Next task is to order lunch, Again this will be a role play situation between the student and the teacher. Here the task is check the student's familiarity with typical English food and to see whether they can order politely.
Again the eacher and student will then briefly feedback on the roleplay. Student will tell the teacher how difficult the task was and the teacher will give the student feedback on how they could improve.
Last task is to have a conversation with an English person that they meet in the street. The task is to see whether the student can respond to simple questions and to ask questions to get to know someone.
Then a final feedback to each other and the teacher will then discuss with the student what the topic for their next lesson could be.
The overall aim is to get the student talking about familiar things, using basic English more confidently.
