I'm Danny, a native Afrikaans speaker from South Africa with a TEFL/TESOL certification and a genuine passion for helping people connect with this beautiful and truly unique language. My lessons are warm, conversational and tailored to your individual pace, covering everything from basic greetings, everyday vocabulary and pronunciation all the way through to simple sentence building, reading comprehension and foundational grammar explained in plain, easy English. I teach using real life examples, gentle correction and lots of encouragement because I believe confidence is built when you feel safe to make mistakes and try again. Every lesson also includes little pieces of South African culture and context so you're not just learning words but understanding the heart behind them. This lesson is perfect for complete beginners, heritage speakers who want to reconnect with their roots, travellers planning a visit to South Africa, or anyone who simply loves discovering new languages. Great for beginner and elementary level students who want real progress delivered with warmth, structure and a whole lot of fun!
